Two new mini-courses launched!

We're hugely excited to announce the launch of two new mini-courses in to the Frankly Pharma learning universe. These courses are "Measuring Success in Pharma Social Media" and "Mitigating Risk in Pharma Social Media".
Each course clocks in at under an hour: a perfect amount of time to switch off the email, grab a cup of tea and get some practical guidance on how to navigate creating brilliant pharma social media campaigns.
Measuring success in pharma social media
This is a topic that was almost universally demanded by our Frankly Pharma advisory board and learners. In regulated markets, like Australia, Europe and Asia, where it's generally not possible to show a direct correlation between marketing activity and sales metrics, it can be tricky to prove the value of social media. At times there can be gaps in the reporting provided by agencies to the marketing team, making it difficult for marketers to then show how their campaigns are performing.

- Develop a measurement framework, including benchmarks
- Brief your agency or internal team to produce social media reports, and critically analyse the reports you receive

Mitigating risk in pharma social media
Ok, we know this one doesn't sound like the most exciting topic to get stuck in to, but it's filled with loads of practical advice and guidance for how to identify and plan for risks in pharma social media. In 45-minutes you'll have a great understanding of some of the risks inherent in running a social media campaign and, more importantly, how to mitigate those risks.

- Adopt a process to MLR review that helps bring your MLR colleagues on your social media journey
- Understand the risks inherent in different types of social media campaigns and implement practical strategies to mitigate those risks

- Run a risk mapping workshop using our activity sheet as a guide
